Where can I receive my order?
You can receive it in the address you choose (address, work, etc. never in PO Box).
How soon will I get my order?
In the case of Spain, orders placed to Mahnaz Paymani for the Peninsula, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, will take a maximum of 1 to 3 business days to be delivered to the address you indicate.
In case of placing the order on Friday, the shipment will be processed the following Monday.
The shipping costs are divided into two rates for shipments to the peninsula:
- For orders less than 2 kg = 5.50 Euros
- For orders over 2 kg = 12 Euros
-For orders less than 2 kg = 14.30 Euros
-For orders less than 2 kg = 19.55 Euros
Ceuta and Melilla:
-For orders less than 2 kg = 18.29 Euros
Can I track the status of my order?
You can request by email to firstname.lastname@example.org that we tell you the “Albarán number” to follow up on the NACEX website, following this link: http://www.nacex.com/
How does the process of home delivery work?
When you confirm your purchase we will send you a delivery confirmation email (when your order is going to leave the store), along with a tracking number (with link to the website of the courier company). Within 96 hours or less the carrier will take the order to your address.
How log will it take it to arrive?
When the order has been confirmed by Paypal or Credit Card or in the case of choosing the payment by bank transfer, after sending the proof of the amount of the transfer or in the case of having made the order by cashback (3% Expenses), the order will be sent within 24-48 hours, always if the order has been confirmed from Monday to Thursday. In the case of placing the order on Friday, the delivery of the order will be made the following Monday. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday may be delivered the following Tuesday.
To ensure the correct delivery time, it is IMPORTANT to indicate within the comment field if you want delivery in the morning or in the afternoon.
Can I return a product purchased from the online store?
In case of receiving a product in bad condition or being a wrong order you can return it within 15 working days from the date of purchase.
What is the process to request the refund of the amount?
To make the refund you must send us an email to email@example.com indicating in the subject: "product return" and explaining the reasons for it. You can also call us at (+34) 654779091 / (+34) 965 920 880 (Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM GMT +01: 00).
How will I receive the money back?
After checking if the product is defective, we will send a confirmation email and we will make the refund in the same bank account that you indicated when making the order within a maximum period of 15 working days.
