NATURAL BODY CREAM
The best way to wash the skin is with pure water. Products such as shower gel or soap eliminate the natural protecting skin layer and may cause dryness, itching, aged or deteriorated skin. We must try to reduce the use of these products and use them only once a week on all our body. In the armpit and groin area they can be used daily in small amounts.
This body cream contains poly-unsaturated acids, which restore the barrier function of the epidermis and the skin immunity, while it stimulates the skin metabolic processes and boosts collagen production. In addition, it contains the minerals that the skin needs to maintain its elasticity and prevent stretch marks.
To keep your body hydrated it is enough to apply Body Cream 2 or 3 times a week.
During the first days until the skin is nourished and moist it should be applied as many times as needed by the skin. Then the number of applications can be decreased until they are reduced to 2 or 3 times a week.
Heels and elbows
Apply depending on the needs of each area with a massage to make it penetrate the skin. If there are cracks, a larger amount than usual may be applied and then socks can be worn to retain the cream. In a few days the difference will be visible and with continuous use you will have healthy and rosy heels. You can also apply a small amount on your elbows every day.
With a gentle massage apply the cream onto the breasts, abdomen and hips going down until the middle part of the thighs. As the pregnancy progresses the number of daily applications must be increased. The aim is to keep the skin nourished and hydrated, thus avoiding the appearance of marks produced by the stretching of the skin.
